Kodi Mackey has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. She has come up through the "ranks" and worked in the field as a young construction professional. In early 2002, she began working in the cost estimating. Her many years in this area mean she has literally estimated billions of dollars of construction projects in all construction delivery methods, Construction Manager at Risk, Design Build, and Design Bid Build. In addition to estimating projects, she works with Design Teams and Owners on all stages of design with preconstruction services ranging from scheduling, overall project budgets, plan reviews, and value engineering/budget alignment.
